URGENT NEED to Address Airplane Pilot Shortage!

Industry estimates that Canada will need 7,300 new professional pilots by 2025, a challenge that awaits national carriers as well as the air force. (Ottawa) Federal officials who have looked into government job training programs have concluded that major changes are needed to address a potential shortage of airline pilots in the country. Posted on December 30, 2019, at 2:03 p.m. by The Canadian Press

In a briefing note to a senior official at Employment and Social Development Canada, it was reported last July that government programs "are not well suited" to train more professional pilots. These government programs also fail to address the high cost of obtaining a commercial pilot license in Canada, according to the briefing note obtained by The Canadian Press.

Officials suggest that a public-private partnership similar to that of other countries could allow Canada to respond to a growing need for pilots. Industry estimates that Canada will need 7,300 new professional pilots by 2025, a challenge that awaits national carriers as well as the air force.

Worldwide, demand for new pilots is estimated to reach 255,000 by 2027.

The Academy of Aeronautics has already developed a Program that is designed to Train Pilots and prepare them to be Ready and Skilled Exactly to fit the requirement of the Major Airline Companies. Therefore, many Airlines are interested to hire pilots trained by the Academy of Aeronautics. The Training is very practical and designed to respect the public requirements and the actual ever developing airline transportation industry. The name of this program is PROFESSIONAL PILOT PROGRAM. It is an 18 months program. This program became so notorious that students are enrolling from all over the world up to 43 Nationalities in 2019!
